DESCRIPTION: The proposed project consists of 2024 Ground Storage Tank Improvements for Brownsboro ISD. Work shall include but not necessarily be limited to the construction of one (1) 100K Gallon Welded Steel Ground Water Storage Tank with stainless steel vent, one roof hatch, two manways, overflow structure, exterior ladder, flanged pipe connection stub-outs, and reinforced concrete foundation. MANDATORY COMPLETION DATE: February 28, 2025 BID SECURITY: 5% Cashier's Check or 5% Bid Bond CONTRACT BONDS: 100% Performance Bond; Payment Bond; Maintenance Bond CONTRACT PERIOD: 60 Calendar Days LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: $500.00 per calendar day Brownsboro ISD reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
