MANDATORY COMPLETION DATE: February 28, 2025 BID SECURITY: 5% Cashier's Check or 5% Bid Bond CONTRACT BONDS: 100% Performance Bond; Payment Bond; Maintenance Bond CONTRACT PERIOD: 60 Calendar Days LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: $500.00 per calendar day Brownsboro ISD reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
