Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond on an approved form in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid price, made payable to the City of Centennial, which shall be considered as liquidated damages and shall be forfeited to the City if said Bid is accepted and the Bidder fails to execute the Contract within ten (10) calendar days after the Award by the City. The Bid Bond will be submitted in a separate electronic file. Each Bid must also be accompanied by a completed Questionnaire.
