Reference Number 0000359642 Delivery Point 15115 E Jefferson Ave, Grosse Pointe Park, MI 48230 The City of Grosse Pointe Park is seeking RFPs for as-requested tree trimming and removal services for its 2025-2027 fiscal years. Question Deadline 08/26/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No The envelope for all bids must be clearly marked with the Project Name. Regardless of whether bids are delivered in person or through a delivery (mail) service, all bids must be received by the City Clerk's Office to be considered. Bidders are encouraged to submit bids early to ensure they are received on time. You can contact the City Clerk's Office at (313) 822-6200 for any questions regarding the bidding procedure. It is the intent of the City to award the project on September 9, 2024. The intent is to award a contract for Fiscal Years 2025 and 2026, with an optional extension for Fiscal Year 2027. The City's fiscal year is from July 1 to June 30. All tree removals shall be completed by April 30, each fiscal year, tree trimmings are completed at the discretion of the Department of Public Works. Should the contractor fail to perform work to the satisfaction of the City or fail to comply with any provisions of the bid specifications, the City may terminate the contract upon twentyfour (24) hours written notice to the contractor.
