Demolition, site work, paving, new construction and addition to a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Working plans call for the construction of a retail development; warehouse / distribution facility; for the addition of a 37,777-square-foot transportation facility; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
THE EXISTING MAINTENANCE CAMPUS FOR G-PISD WILL HAVE THE ADDITION TO THE BUS BARN, A NEW CARPORT CANOPY FOR BUS PARKING, A NEW SHOP, AND THE NEW MAINTENANCE FACILITY. THE FOUR (4) NEW STRUCTURES WILL ALL BE TYPE IIB CONSTRUCTION. As of August 12, 2024, this project is in design. This may be out for bid. A firm construction timeline has not been established; however, construction is estimated to begin October of 2024.
