Estimate: $0-400,000 Question Deadline 08/23/2024 at 12:00 PM CT Questions must be submitted online. via CIVCAST Commence work within ten (10) days after written Notice to Proceed. Contract Time: 120 Calendar Days + 45 Days Maintenance A. Bids shall be accompanied by a security deposit as follows: 1. Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. OR certified check of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. B. Endorse the Bid Bond in the name of the Owner as obligee, signed and sealed by the principal (Contractor) and surety. If cashier's check used, endorse the certified check in the name of the Owner. C. The security deposit will be returned after delivery to the Owner of the required Performance and Payment Bond(s) by the accepted bidder. D. Include the cost of bid security in the Bid Amount. E. If no contract is awarded, all security deposits will be returned. A. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. B. After acceptance by Owner, Landscape Architect on behalf of Owner, will issue to the successful bidder, a written letter of Contract Award.
