Reference number: 20050172 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-03-06 Electronic tender submission accepted: Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected contract duration without options (in months): 4 Property address: 355, Route 172, Saint-Ambroise (Québec), G7P 2N5 The work required under this invitation to tender must be fully completed within 18 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave days (e.g. construction holidays) and the time required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date stipulated in the contract or upon receipt of written authorisation from the Company. The probable start date is between 14 April 2025 and 1 May 2025. A visit to the work site will be made by the Company's project manager. Bidders must make an appointment by sending a request to Mr. Patrick Potvin at the following e-mail address: ppotvin2@sqi.gouv.qc.ca and present themselves at the scheduled location on the date and at the time set by the visit manager. The Company reserves the right to refuse a bidder's request for an appointment to visit the site if the request is sent less than 5 days before the deadline for receipt of bids. Tenderers must first send and have accepted form SQ-3130 prior to the visit and have in their possession a stepladder and/or ladder if they wish to inspect the ceilings and/or roof.
