Project Description: This project consists of mowing, litter control, weed control, and trimming of right of way and easements of approximately 104 acres of various Town locations 40 times per year, and removing trash from trash receptacles at various Town locations twice per week and associated Maintenance of Traffic (MOT). Project Budget: The Town's budget for this project is $119,500.00 Project Manager: Kali Beams, Special Projects Coordinator Federal Funding: This Project is not funded by grants from the Federal Government. Event bid des note: All bid forms must be submitted and executed, as required, and included with the bid in a sealed envelope. Bids must be submitted in hard copy and digitally. The face of the envelope shall contain the above address, the date and time of Bid opening, the Bid title and Bid number. All Bids are subject to the conditions specified herein. Bids not submitted with the completed attached Bid Form(s) may be rejected. Bidders which do not comply with these conditions are subject to rejection of their bid by the TOWN In accordance with Section 15.1 of the Invitation to Bid, the TOWN reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, irregularities and technicalities not involving price, time or changes in the commodities and/or services, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids.
