REMOVAL AND APPLICATION TO FARM LAND OF SLUDGE FROM THE WILMINGTON WATER PLANT LIME STORAGE FACILITY (LAGOON #2) 2024 Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The successful bidder must replace the bid guaranty with a one-hundred percent Performance Bond upon award of the bid. The contractor shall pay wages to laborers and mechanics at a rate not less than the minimum wages in accordance with the Prevailing Wage Schedules published by the Ohio Bureau of Wage & Hour Administration, effective during the period of the Contract, as provided for in Section 4115.16 of the Ohio Revised Code. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days of the actual date of the bid opening thereof. The Board of Control reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities of bids.
