Q&A Deadline 08/21/2024 5:00 PM (PDT) All questions, requests for interpretations or clarifications, either administrative or technical concerning this RFP must be requested in writing and submitted through the City's bid management system by selecting the Q&A Tab at online The City of Placentia desires to establish a list of up to five (5) professional consultants with outstanding reputation, capacity, knowledge, and proven track-records to provide the City with on-call traffic engineering services. The term of the agreement is for three years, with one potential two-year extension, subject to satisfactory negotiation of terms and the annual availability of funding and budget. The City shall not guarantee assignment of work to consultants as part of this RFP. Consultants shall be selected and matched for each project at the sole discretion of the City of Placentia, based on their qualifications and experiences. The City of Placentia may also choose to seek alternate proposals during the term of this established list of consultants. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularity in any proposal or to reject any proposal that does not comply with this RFP. The City alone, using criteria determined by the City, will select the qualified firm and/or Consultant
