Work will include approximately 150 tons of asphalt pavement, 400 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 82 feet of curb and gutter, grading, and other associated work. This is a Federally Funded project. The Contractor and Subcontractors on this project must comply with 29 CFR parts 1, 3 and 5, the Davis-Bacon Act.
