Main Parking Lot= Contractor to sweep entire parking lot to remove all sand and loose debris from surface. 4. Contractor will burn off all vegetation growing up in the old asphalt. 5. Contractor will remove enough material on road side curbing so asphalt will be even at top of curbing. 6. Contractor to apply a tack coat to existing asphalt for bonding. 7. On back entrance contractor to remove six inches of soil and install four inches of crush and run material and pack and install two inches of asphalt on top. 8. Contractor to surface entire parking lot with two inches of asphalt. 9. Contractor will stripe entire parking lot and designate one area for handicap and van accessible parking with signs and posts. Alternate Price #1 10. Alternate price for paving west side 3 tier parking area. 11. Contractor to remove six inches of existing soil and grade for positive drainage. 12. All permits must be obtained by contractor. 21. Contractor to provide all insurance requirements prior to contract award required by owner. 22. The awarded contract bidder will provide all materials and labor according to the scope of work above. 23. Sales tax on materials to be included with the total bid costs. 24.
