At a high-level Court Resurfacing and Refurbishment will include a variety of site dependent Works (Court Repair and New Acrylic Surfacing of Tennis and Basketball Courts, Various Locations, as well as Installation of New Posts and Nets at One Location (Complete)), for the following seven (7) parks: 1- Ward 2 Ashton Meadows Park 202 Calvert Road, Markham, ON Half court with One (1) Basketball net. Remove existing half court post and net, and install two new posts at opposite ends, acrylic surfacing, and new line painting for new mini full basketball court, include acrylic surfacing and line painting. 2- Ward 3 Carlton Park 101 Carlton Road, Markham, ON Four (4) Tennis Courts [Court #1, #2, #3, & #4], with acrylic surfacing. Repair cracking, pitting and wear spots, apply new acrylic surfacing and line painting to match existing tennis courts. 3- Ward 4 Ray Street Park 100 South Unionville Ave, Unionville, ON One (1) Basketball - Circular Half Court, asphalt only. Repair cracking, pitting and wear spots, apply new acrylic surfacing, new line painting to match existing. 4- Ward 5 Laura and Alf Weaver Park 190 Williamson Road, Markham, ON Two (2) Tennis Courts, with existing acrylic surfacing. Repair cracking, pitting and wear spots, apply new acrylic surfacing, new line painting to match existing tennis courts and add pickleball line painting. 5- Ward 7 Schoolhouse Park 7651 9th Line, Markham, ON One (1) Basketball - Half Court, asphalt only. Repair cracking, pitting and wear spots, apply new acrylic surfacing, line painting to match existing basketball half court. 6- Ward 8 Armadale Park 7380 McCowan Rd, Markham, ON One (1) Basketball - Half Court, asphalt only. Repair cracking, pitting and wear spots, apply new acrylic surfacing to half basketball court, and line painting to match existing. 7- Ward 8 Ada Mackenzie Park 185 South Park Road, Markham, ON One (1) Basketball - Full Court, acrylic, with line painting for multi court and basketball Two (2) Tennis Court, with existing acrylic surfacing. Repair cracking, pitting and wear spots, apply new acrylic surfacing to match existing, new line painting to match existing for tennis courts and basketball multi-court with basketball, badminton, and volleyball, match all colours.
