Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Marshall, Minnesota. Working plans call for the construction of a 8,155-square-foot clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and for paving for a clubhouse / community center.
As of April 25, 2025, the construction manager anticipates construction will start early May 2025. The work will be accomplished through multiple contracts with City of Marshall, with Contegrity Group Inc. acting as the Construction Manager.
