Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Irving, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 118,500-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This will be a new elementary school building that includes demolition of existing elementary school building and site on same site, new site construction including new vehicular drives, sidewalks, play areas, and courtyards. As of October 28, 2024, all subcontract trades have been let and set. Construction is currently underway. Groundbreaking took place October 9, 2024.
