Rehabilitation of Louise Bridge. The City would like to determine if it is technically and economically feasible to do any of the following as part of bridge rehabilitation work: (a) Remove the posted weight restriction for the bridge by improving the load carrying capacity. (b) Improve the vertical clearance at the portal frames; (c) Improve the sidewalk width. TIMELINE: Tender was issued and closed December 5, 2025; submissions are under review.
