Greenwood Independent School District will receive sealed proposals for Construction Management-atRisk (CMAR) for the following generally described scope of work: A. Phased construction of High School CTE Additions and Renovations, consisting of 90,000 square feet of new construction and 30,000 square feet of renovation. B. Construction of New Student Special Events Center addition to Greenwood High School. Facility will contain performance auditorium and competition gymnasium. Total addition will be approximately 125,000 square feet ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION BUDGET: A. The estimated construction budget for the High School CTE Additions and Renovations is $38,270,000. B. The estimated construction budget for the New Student Special Event Center is $65,200,000. Proposersrequiring clarification or interpretation of the Proposal Documentsshall make a written request which shall reach Architect at least 4 days prior to the date for receipt of Proposals. 1.
