Location: In Knox County, project is located at the intersection of Heald Highway (Route 17/Route 131/Route 235), Town House Road (Route 235), and Sennebec Road. Outline of Work: Remove the existing flashing beacon and replace with a traffic signal in the town of Union plus other incidental work. Questions received after 12:00 noon of Monday (or if that Monday is a state holiday, Friday) prior to bid date will not be answered. Bidders shall not contact any other Departmental staff for clarification of Contract provisions, and the Department will not be responsible for any interpretations so obtained. TTY users call Maine Relay 711. This Contract is subject to all applicable Federal Laws. The right is hereby reserved to the MaineDOT to reject any or all bids.
