Mesa Unified School District #4 is seeking firm fixed pricing from responsive and responsible vendors on various Refrigerant Gases to be delivered to the District Operations Warehouse located at 555 S. Lewis Street, Mesa, AZ 85210. Statement of Work Mesa Unified School District #4 is seeking firm fixed pricing for the following: Item 1) R-22; Chlorodifluoromethane HCFC Refrigerant; thirty (30) pound disposable cylinders Item 2) R-134A; 1,1,1,2-Tetrafluoroethane HFC Refrigerant; thirty (30) pound disposable cylinders This is a firm amount and will be awarded as a one-time purchase contract. All items shall be delivered to the Operations Warehouse located at 555 South Lewis Street, Mesa, Arizona 85201. All materials must be properly packaged and in good condition upon delivery. Any delivery costs including pallets or packaging shall be included in the proposal price offer. Item 3) R-404A; Pentafluoroethane, 1,1,1-Tetrafluoroethane, 1,1,1,2-Tetrafluoroethane blended HFC Refrigerant; twenty-four (24) pound disposable cylinders
