Estimate cost :$410,000 to $450,000 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Site development of a new park including placement of concrete pathways, placement of concrete pedestals, site grading and drainage, site irrigation, installation of site furnishings and site lighting. Alternate bid items include site planting and placement of landscape boulders. Work shall be completed within 120 Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. Bidders must direct all questions about the meaning or intent of Bidding Documents to City in writing.
