Purdy's Mill Park is a new park project being developed in the Purdy's Mill subdivision, north of the Via Rail station off of John Counter Blvd. TIMELINE: Conceptual design is ongoing. A second PIC will be scheduled in fall 2025. Construction is not planned until 2027. The approximate budget is $1.6M.
