2024 Traffic Signal Communications The Project generally consists of the testing, repair and replacement of fiber optic cable(s) as directed. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10 %) of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the bid price. It is anticipated that the project cost is at least $25,000; therefore, Pennsylvania prevailing wages under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act will be required. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
