Demolition, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
The demolition work shall include the complete demolition and removal of the outdoor pool (approximately 3,880 SF), hot tub (approximately 330 SF), bath house (Building 461 – approximately 2,300 SF), pavements (approximately 8,250 SF), utilities, fencing (approximately 750 LF), and site lighting. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to completely demolish the pool, hot tub, surrounding structures from top of structure to bottom of existing footings or substructure, and all items stated in this Statement of Work. Remove stairs, ramps, walkways, equipment, and utilities back to their source. The Contractor shall remove as demolition debris, all equipment and material remaining within the project boundary unless directed otherwise by the Contracting Officer.
