The project includes: Base bid construction of (A) a storm water system under Keaton Avenue (within the right-of-way (ROW) or easements) to capture flow from the channel upstream of the Keaton Ave. crossing and convey it underground to be released downstream of Shepherd Lane (approximately 950') (B) widening the existing channel south of Shepherd Lane to Wynnwood Drive to approximately 17-feet wide by 5-feet deep to provide additional capacity and protection from potential erosion (approximately 860') and (C) channel improvements from the downstream side of the structure under Fry Ave. to the confluent with the main channel (approximately 275'). Alternate bid construction of segments of channel improvements constructed out of rock riprap and concrete bag walls upstream of Shepherd Lane (approximately 225').
