Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The scope of work generally consists of the complete renovation to existing mens and womens restrooms within the Green Tree Municipal Building to comply with current ADA requirements including selective demolition, new water closets, sinks, mirrors, grab bars, doors, flooring, lighting and painting. Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates apply. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Borough. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Borough of Green Tree. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for 90 calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Any technical questions regarding the bid documents are to be directed to LSSE. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via video conference.
