This request for bids is the official notice of the need for services to provide for fully operated equipment necessary for snow and ice control on the roads of the Town of Shadeland, Union Township, Indiana for the winter season 2024/2025. The Shadeland Road Committee will hold a pre-bid meeting to answer questions from potential contractors as to the services required by the Town Council. Bids should include a list of equipment and the price per hour for each type of equipment. All bids must comply with the laws of the State of Indiana. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope directed to the Town of Shadeland of County of Tippecanoe, State of Indiana, and plainly marked to indicate the title of the project and the name and address of the bidder. The Town Council reserves the right to select the lowest responsive bid or reject any or all bids. Any combination may be rejected or selected. The Council also reserves the right to waive, to the extent permitted by law, any of the terms, conditions, and provisions contained in this advertisement for bids, or the instructions to bidders, or any informality, or admission of any bid, provided that such waiver shall, in the discretion of the Town, be to the advantage of the Town.
