Renovation of a medical facility in Saanichton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include, but is not limited to, the following: 1. The Work Site is located at 2170 Mount Newton Cross Road, Saanichton BC. 2. The scope of work is related to the roof replacement: as outlined in 01 00 10 General Requirements and 01 11 00 Summary of Work; a) Removal of existing roofing and accessories (cladding, flashing, mechanical and electrical), as shown on project drawings. b) Installation of new roofing and accessories, as shown on project drawings. c) Installation of new cladding and flashings, as shown on project drawings. d) Skylight remedial work, as shown on project drawings. 3. This is only a general description of the summary of the Work. It is to be read in conjunction with the drawings and the specifications shown in 01 00 10 General Requirements and 01 11 00 Summary of Work . This section is not definitive, and the Work must be completed in accordance with all the Contract Documents. 4. The word “install” means “supply and install” unless noted otherwise. Documents can be obtained from www.crd.bc.ca/about/contracts-rfps/ and www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca Award amount was not released for publication.
