This Invitation to Bid is issued for the purpose of installing bell restraints on a 6-inch Wastewater Forcemain Questions Due Date: Aug 14th 2024, 2:00 PM EDT The City shall provide the (8) bell joint restraints for C900 6" PVC o Contractor shall provide all necessary excavation equipment, personnel, and tools to complete the job. o Contractor will be responsible for shoring and well points. o Contractor shall provide all necessary permits and Maintenance of Traffic per Florida Department of Transportation Standards (IF REQUIRED) o Contractor will be responsible for furnishing Maintenance of Traffic plans and schedule (IF REQUIRED) o Contractor will be responsible to fill, compact, and grade dig site back to original grade. o It will be contractor's responsibility to locate the bell joints. o Contractor will be responsible for any damage to city's right away, road surfaces, and or any private properties. (The City will provide sod and replace a section of the well site driveway, if removal is necessary to access a bell joint.) o Contractor shall be responsible for always securing the construction site to maintain public safety and shall follow city's codes and standards.
