Description of Work: This Project Consists of (3) Outdoor Playground Areas, a, B and C Located at The University Village Early Childcare Education Facility. The Scope of Work Includes: 1. Demolition of all existing playground equipment assemblies, artificial turf and poured-inplace rubber surfaces. Contractor shall dispose of all demolition materials off University property. 2. Prepare the areas to receive the new playground equipment foundations supports, the new artificial turf and the poured-in-place rubber surfaces. 3. Provide new playground equipment. The work of Area C (Phase 1) shall be completed prior to the work of Areas A and B (Phase 2). The work of Areas A and B shall be performed simultaneously.
