The State Highway Administration is soliciting bids for a contractor to provide janitorial services at the Chestertown Maintenance Shop located at 615 Morgnec Road Chestertown Maryland, 21620. This is in Kent County, Maryland, on the Eastern Shore. Cleaning is twice weekly on Monday and Thursday with a crew size of 2 for a minimum of 4 hours. There are daily, monthly, and annual cleaning items. Pricing is based on a daily cleaning rate with upcharges for monthly buffing and annual cleaning items. There is no travel milage or travel time. Invoicing is monthly and payment is net 30 days. We can pay by card to speed up payment or pay by check / ACH / direct deposit.
