Renovation of a mixed-use development in Randolph, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 27,994-square-foot educational facility.
Roof Replacement at Randolph Middle School and Randolph High School PSA Commission Number 9522 Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of (1) a bid bond or certified or cashier's check payable to the Randolph Township Board of Education equal to 10% of the amount of the bid, but in no case to exceed $20,000.00 per N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-24, and (2) Certificate of Consent of Surety per N.J.S.A. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any non-responsive bids or all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22 and to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions, that may be in the best interest of the Board. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening date. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing roof system down to the roof deck and the installation of a new Roof System. There will be new insulation, a new modified bitumen roof system and new metal edge fascia or metal coping as well as various additional roof flashings and components necessary for the installation of the new roofing system.
