Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Golden, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a three-story above grade, 13-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

The Project comprises a 3-storey wood frame building providing 13 units and associated office space. The project is currently awaiting Building Permit issuance. The successful proponent will be required to undertake a review of the current set of Building Permit plans and provide coordination comments to Range Architects. Range Architects will prepare a 95% Issue for Construction (IFC) set of plans which the successful proponent will review to ensure coordination for Tender. Once an Issue for Tender (IFT) set of plans is agreed upon, the successful proponent will tender out the project as per the terms of the CCDC5B, adhering to BC Housing’s SGCs. The Project aims to provide housing and support services to women and women-led households. The project will be designed according to BC Energy Step Code 3 standards and in compliance with BC Housing Design Guidelines and Construction Standards, including Guidelines for Women’s Safe Homes, Transition Houses, Second Stage Housing, and Long-term Rental Housing Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
