Site work for a mixed-use development in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Edge Place, located 950 Edge Place in Saanich, is a large 3+ acre site with five four-plex two-storey blocks for a total of twenty family units. The scope of work is water pipe and asphalt replacement. Upagrade of the existing water mains located within the priviate property of the site. Watermains are deterioriating and required replacement. Parking surface (i.e. ashphalt) is in poor condition with numerous cracks and surface deformations. The parking lot to be remediatde as noted on the drawings.
