Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Jefferson, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and service station / car wash facility.
Jackson County (Owner) requests Proposals from Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) firms for the construction of a new Jackson County Fleet Maintenance & Public Works Facility. Upon completion of a review of proposals received, the Owner anticipates awarding a contract for pre-construction services, and, at the County's discretion, a subsequent contract for construction. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new 22,000 square foot Fleet Maintenance & Public Works facility for Jackson County, GA. The project will consist of development of approximately 4.28 acres located just outside the City Limits of Jefferson, GA off County Farm Road by way of Highway 82 or Highway 15. The new facility shall consist of a pre-engineered metal building structure for use as a fleet maintenance and public works facility. Site work includes new parking, landscaping and hardscaping.
