Site work for a mixed-use development in Wetumpka, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The Elmore County Commission is seeking bids for sitegrading, drainage, excavation,concrete installation, and athletic field turf installation in accordance with the bid specifications. Enclose bids in a sealedenvelope. The bids must bemarked with the word "BID" onthe outside of the bid packagealong with Bid Proposal for Inquiry 2024-PW9 Quality of LifePhase II Field ReplacementProjects for Eclectic, Holtville, and Tallassee, the biddate, name of the work, name ofbidder, and the Alabama General Contractor's License Number. Prepare bid proposal onform bound in Project Manualor copy thereof. No additions ordeductions to bid proposal willbe accepted if written on outside of sealed bid. Furnish twooriginal copies of bid proposal.Furnish one original of certifiedcheck or bid bond payable to Elmore County Commission in anamount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of thebid, but in no event more than$10,000.00. Include one copyof General Contractor's LicenseCertificate with Bid Proposals. Bidders must direct all inquiriesconcerning constructionplans and bid book in writingto Elmore County ChiefOperations Officer RichieBeyer at wrbechd@elmoreco. org.
