The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in specifications. Background Sacramento County Department of Waste Management & Recycling (DWMR) has been ordered to establish a very shallow groundwater monitoring program at the closed Elk Grove Landfill. This landfill stopped accepting waste in 1978. DWMR plans to drill three new two-inch diameter shallow groundwater monitoring wells on the perimeter of the landfill. The landfill is surrounded by parks, bike trails, a creek, and residential subdivisions.
