The Estimated Major Quantities of Project 7-24 are listed below: Furnish and install 6' chain-link fence with privacy slats 260 Lineal Feet Furnish and install 6' Automatic Gate with privacy slats 30 Lineal Feet Furnish and install Automatic Gate opener system with approved reader system 1 Lump Sum Furnish and install all interior and exterior electrical work and associated work; components, leads and wiring to power and operate system, including any underground loops/sensors/detectors 1 Lump Sum Furnish and install landscape restoration of all affected areas 1 Lump Sum No bid can be received or considered unless accompanied by a certified check equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, or a bid bond in equal amount payable to the City as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within ten (10) days from the date of the lowest responsible bidder's bid is accepted. In case the bidder fails to file such contract and bond within the time set by the City, the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages. The above work will be let to the lowest responsible bidder and must be performed in accordance with the specifications and contract now on file with the City Clerk. The board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
