Gardner Field Playground Site Improvements, 530 Massachusetts Ave. Estimated Cost $120,000. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. BASE BID o Installation ofthe plantings as shown on the proposed plans o excluding the six (6) Nannyberry Viburnum along the easterly property line with St #520- 526 Mass Ave o Installation of(5) In-Ground Mount bollards (DPW will supply bollards). o Repositioning the existing boulders onsite to the locations as shown on the plans. o Ifnecessary, the Town can supply additional boulders from our North Acton facility o The contractor will be responsible to transport the boulders to the site o Restoring any disturbed grassed areas with loam and seed or mulch for the landscaped areas. o Construction ofthe concrete pad for the bicycle racks and free library. o Installation ofthe bicycle racks and the free library o DPW will supply the racks and free library unit o Installation ofsitting benches on existing concrete pads as shown on the plans. o Sitting benches will be supplied by the DPW
