Site work for a civil project in Bay Village, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Bay Village is accepting Bids from Contractors for the rehabilitation of an existing 12-inch diameter force main, primarily by trenchless lining, with limited areas of 10-inch and 12-inch diameter ductile iron pipe by open cut replacement adjacent to the Pump Station. The project consists of rehabilitation of sanitary force main primarily by lining and also limited areas of open cut replacement with ductile iron force main. Bidders must comply with Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Improvements in Cuyahoga County as determined by the Department of Industrial Compliance & Labor. All additional bidding requirements are identified in the Bidding Documents. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Owner. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Owner as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding.
