Renovation of a municipal facility in Jefferson City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
DESCRIPTION: A. Scope: Volume 1: The project includes complete replacement of the HVAC system including removal and replacement of hydronic pumps, chillers, boilers, basement air handling unit, ductless split systems, and hydronic fan coil units. Volume 2: The project includes the addition of reinforcing elements at concrete slabs and at slab-to column interfaces. Volume 3: The project includes removing the existing roof system down to the roof deck, removing existing gutters and downspouts, coordinating with the installation of roof structural reinforcement (Volume 2) work, installing new roof system, installing new gutters and downspouts, and installing new cage ladder. B. MBE/WBE/SDVE Goals: MBE 10%, WBE 10%, and SDVE 3%. NOTE: Only MBE/WBE firms certified by the State of Missouri Office of Equal Opportunity as of the date of bid opening, or SDVE(s) meeting the requirements of Section 34.074, RSMo and 1 CSR 30-5.010, can be used to satisfy the MBE/WBE/SDVE participation goals for this project.
