The Work Included in This Contract Shall Consist of the Following: Complete Building Tuckpoint, Brick Removal and Replacement [as Necessary], Supply and Install Plastic Cell Vents for Weeps, Clean and Paint Exposed Lintels, Supply and Install Sealant to Horizontal Reveals, Supply and Install Masonry Sealcoat, and Tuckpoint Tile Blocks at Specified Interior Areas in the Main Pump Building. And Any Additional Appurtenant Work Required to Make This a Well-constructed Project. The Contractor Will Work in a Deliberate and Safe Manner. The Safety of the Public, Nsmjawa Staff and the Contractor's Employees is the Top Priority. The Project Will Be Constructed in a Logical Process by the Contractor With Approval From Engineer, Engineering Solutions Team, and Nsmjawa. The Contractor will work in a deliberate and safe manner.
