No definite date for the rebid.** The Project Consists of Constructing a Chip Seal Coat and/or Slurry Seal Coat Around the Sherard Water Treatment plant, Driveway, and Pavement Around Old Sherard, As well as, the Parking Lot for The operations & Maintenance building, Including the South lot of the Employee Parking .bids Will Be Received for a Single prime Contract Bids Shall Be Ona Lump Sum and Unit Price Basis, with Additive Alternate Bid Items as Indicated in the Bid Form. bid Security Shall Be Furnished In accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. A goal of BOPU is to reduce the workers' compensation loss ratio of injury claims cost versus premiums paid by 10% per year. Question Deadline 09/26/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
