No variations or allowances from the contract sum will be made because of lack of such examination. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall repair/reconstruct approximately 121,000 square feet of asphalt parking lots 1, 2, 3 and the east entrance drive aisle at Goleta Beach Park.
