Bid for labor to maintain and repair any electrical systems and devices for all City owned buildings and property. If the City can provide the electrical services, then outside source will not be utilized. Labor for maintenance, repair, and replacement of electrical systems and devices. This does not include large tickets / repairs (which fall under required bid process). The City is requesting a three-year contract with the business that is awarded the bid, however this contract will not require the city to use the entity contracted with if the contractor cannot get to the issue in a timely manner or if a project is bid out to comply with the city's purchasing policy, then the bid for the project will be awarded to the lowest or best bidder. In section 605.040 of the City of Neosho code, it states that if a contractor performs work for the City a performance bond is required. Upon approval of the Final Stormwater Management Plan, but before the issuance of building permit, the City Building Inspector may require the applicant to post a performance bond, cash escrow, certified check, or other acceptable form of performance security for the amount of the work to be done pursuant to the approved Stormwater Management Plan. A two (2) year maintenance bond against defects in workmanship may be required by the City for any portion of the stormwater management improvements dedicated to the public
