Contractor agrees to provide California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, tools, materials, supplies, parts, equipment, travel, permits, certificates, and incidentals necessary to perform alarm monitoring, maintenance, and repair services for various alarm and access control systems. The services shall be performed at the following Caltrans District 02 locations: A. 1657 Riverside Drive, Redding, CA 96001 - District Office Complex, which includes the Main Building, Materials Laboratory, and West Annex. B. 1000 Center Street, Redding, CA 96001 - East Annex and Warehouse C. 1430 George Drive, Redding, CA 96003 - Equipment Shop D. 1450 George Drive, Redding, CA 96003 - Redding Maintenance Station E. 1490 George Drive, Redding, CA 96003 - Region Support Maintenance Office F. 5065 Mountain Lakes Blvd., Redding, CA 96003 - Special Crews Office G. 1031 Butte Street, Redding, CA 96001 - West Venture Building As required by Executive Order S-02-06, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is committed to meeting the State's twenty-five percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation goal. Certified SBs, Micro Businesses (MB), SBs for the purpose of Public Works (SB-PW) and Contractors willing to commit to subcontracting a minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) of their net bid price to certified SBs, or MBs (if applicable) are encouraged to submit bids. See Section D, Special Programs in this IFB for requirements. A Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation requirement is not required, but DVBE participation is encouraged, and a DVBE incentive does apply to this IFB.
