Utilizing a Request for Proposals (RFP), EWSD is requesting proposals from companies/businesses (Respondents) for the District wide Elevator Contract. The District is seeking a one year contract with option for renewal for elevator preventative maintenance, inspection and repair. Perform quarterly inspections and preventative maintenance of 11 elevators across 9 individual EWSD buildings. Perform required CAT-1 testing at all EWSD elevators. Perform required CAT-5 testing at all applicable EWSD elevators. Emergency Repair Service availability. Questions regarding this proposal must be in writing to nmcintosh@ewsd.org All pricing and any award under this RFP shall be good for EWSD and any associated schools purchasing under the contract. EWSD reserves the right to request Best and Final Offers from all qualified respondents.
