Renovation of a municipal facility in Norco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of the removal and installation of lobby counters, ADA upgrades, flooring, lighting, and security upgrades for the Noro City Hall Lobby and Community Services Counters. This work will be conducted at night during City Hall's non-working hours to minimize disruption. Norco City Hall is open Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Construction on said project shall start in a phased approach in November 2024, with Phase I (Community Services Area). Construction shall start in December 2024 (Administrative Services), Phase II. Construction shall start in January 2025 (Planning, Public Works, Cahier Area) Phase III or as reasonably agreed upon between City and Contractor. The successful bidder shall be licensed according to the provisions of the Business and Professional Code and shall possess a Class B license at the time this contract is awarded.
