Scope of Services The City of Sacramento, Department of Utilities is soliciting bids to: Obtain landfill and waste disposal services for various materials. The Operation and Maintenance Division collects approximately 20,000 tons annually of construction and demolition debris from sewer and waterworks trenches, street excavations, and catch basin debris. Within ninety (90) days atier bid opening, a contract will be awarded by the City to the lowest responsible bidder(s), subject to the right of the City to reject all bids or waive informalities or minor irregularies, as it may deem proper. The time for awarding a contract may be extended in the sole discreion of the City, if required to evaluate bids or for such other purposes as the City may determine, unless the Bidder objects to such extension in writing with its Bid. The City may accept a Bid offer by issuance of a Notice of Award Leter, Contract and/or a purchase order nofying Bidder of award at any me on or before the 90th day following the day of Bid opening.
