Test And Inspect Fire Alarm Systems. Bids must conform with, and be responsive to, the Bid detail Description and Scope noted in Planet Bids, the Agreement Terms and Conditions, specifications and plans (if any), and Addenda's, incorporated herein and attached to Planet Bids. Only Bids submitted to the District prior to the date and time set forth, for the public opening of Bids shall be considered. All questions related to this bid shall be submitted Online Q&A Yes Emailed or phoned in questions will not be answered by the District. Answers to questions will be published via a formal addendum. Scope of Services The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to provide fire alarm services, inspections, certifications and testing services to district owned sites within San Diego Unified School District (District). Bidders that fail to include any requested information as required will be deemed non-responsive. More than one-unit price for any one line item/lot may result in the rejection of the bid unless alternate bids are specifically requested. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to contract services with whomever and in whatever manner the District decides, to abandon the product entirely, and to waive any informality or non-substantive irregularity in any Bid or in the bidding as the interests of the District may require.
