The project is expected to be awarded on September 20, 2024 for the construction of the project: "STORM SEWER REHABILITATION" Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 19 in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid. The project work for the Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 19 Utility Improvements includes removing and disposing of approximately 215 LF of existing sewer lines (10-inch to 24-inch), manholes, and inlets as well as abandoning and grout filling 1,350 LF of 10-inch diameter existing sewer line and removing and replacing 250 SY of pavement and base (all thickness). It also includes installing approximately 185 LF of RCP storm sewer by open-cut construction (24-inch), 1,700 LF of RCP Spin-Cast-Liner (60-inch and 72-inch), manhole rehabilitation, manhole installation, and approximately 1,330 LF of 16î PVC sewer outfall via trenchless and open-cut methods All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents must be submitted to the Engineer in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the opening of bids. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda at least 48 hours prior to Bid Opening
