Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Meade, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work to be performed in connection with this project includes, but is not limited a Repositioning of the merchandise and new finishes as required. 2. Improvements will include the following: a. New queue line; new register stands (self checkouts and in-line style) b. New Snack Ave with new Quick Serve Restaurant concepts that will require plumbing, drainage, and electrical upgrades c. New Exchange branding elements, signage, and wall mounted fixtures d. Upgrades to walk in cooler freezer to include replace with large doors, shelving, lighting and/or replace walk in box/refrigeration e. Replace existing retail fixtures with new fixtures f. Equipment phasing, salvaging, demo, assembly, and installation to be by General Contractor The work to be performed is located at Building 4706, Ft. Meade. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 8-19-2024.
